We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized CEO Office Coordinator to join our team. This key position will provide comprehensive support to the CEO Office and contribute to organizational success through various administrative and people operation functions.
Who we are looking for
- 0-1 year of experience in administrative or executive support roles
- Strong organizational coordination abilities
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented approach to work
- Proficiency in creating basic presentations
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus

What you’ll get to do
CEO Office Support
- Manage CEO’s scheduling, meetings, and personal tasks
- Support any work in CEO Office as needed
People Operations
- Assist with recruiting processes, such as phone screening and interviewing
- Assist with employee engagement, including onboarding and administrative employee tasks
- Organize and coordinate company town hall and key internal meetings
Administrative
- Maintain office organization and documentation
- Coordinate financial documentation with accounting team
